The Intellist Reform Party National commission on facilitation of underrepresented groups and ideology into due modal discursive social identity and agency. Where discursive social identity is not uniform and therefore perspectives from those most prone to be overlooked are all too often given less prioritization and or swept to the wayside. By facilitating the assumption of the most effective method of raising social awareness unto historically and at present under represented groups in the United States. We will take dynamic steps towards a more egalitarian and socially effective America. It is per dynamics (in the mathematical sense / much like how lagrangian operators are applied to economics ) found that the lack of allowance of influential social positioning has a negative feedback unto the society as a whole. Where we find the United States subject to some of the worst prison and crime statistics, drug use, and social inequality (e.g. ghettos, generational poverty, etc.). By way of the utilization of superficial and tertiary bodies coincident with municipalities, and other entities of federal governance - organizations in communities; and by which underrepresented sectors of the American social fabric can with the decided and explicit objective "engage in individual, organizational, or otherwise collaborative presidential campaigns - party creation/ formation. Where traditionally held dogma and ideology can be challenged effectively and decidedly by innovative ideas, perspectives, and social methodology (often found in the coherent but under supported and often suppressed brilliance and inclusiveness of university social justice advocates).
